Every service provider now offers data analytics in some shape or form, and we want to be part of this journey - KPI included.

  1. Analytics that the office of finance is concerned with as part of the month-end process:
  2. Budget analysis
  3. Forecast analysis
  4. Variance analysis
  5. Margin analysis
  6. Working capital movements.
  7. Data analytics focused on key assets where there is often potential to unlock profitability that flows straight through to the bottom line:
  8. .Customers profitably / Activity-based costing
  9. Balance Sheet Analysis / Asset Utilization & Performance
  10. People productivity
  11. Analysis of key data directly linked to the business strategy:
  12. Business KPIs
  13. Projects and Portfolios
  14. Analysis of OKRs and cascading action plans
  15. Key data that lives outside of ERP and CRM uncovered during the strategy execution process.
